#1 The 1st window to be installed was to small. a good 2.5 inches to short. The other 4 were a sloppy fit. Eric, the... installer did a fantastic job on installation. Everything was sealed by the end of the day. It was our understanding that all interior and exterior work would be completed the next day. Interior work would be 1/4 round installed to cover the silicone and the necessary fillers for the windows to fit.#2 ame to do the finish A different person came to complete the job. He left before we could do an inspection of the completed work. Inspection revealed.1/4 round was not installed were necessary so we have a bead of silicone visible . The windows were never cleaned . and the outside trim is a 1/4 inch off as shown in photos,Very disappointing.Harry & Deborah Sanoread more

Sending sent in the card they sent me. They called and said I had to fill out an application and scheduled me an... appointment. I never got the application. When I called to see where the application was they told me it was already filled out. When the day came for the appointment it was supposed to be at 2:00. I waited all day. At 2:00 they called to cancel my 2:00 appointment. They said the application was never filled out. I preferred they mail me the application this time. The women told me she didn't have one to mail,got really snotty and pretty much hung up on me. I'm glad she did. Probably saved me from having any work done by this obviously incompetent staff and company.Sending out cards in the mail to drum up business should have been my first red flag. We are in the process of having new windows put in, by HomeOwner Funding. So far the process has been seamless, and... they are very helpful! The window came faster than expect (however one was made by the manufacture incorrectly). The team of guys to replace 6 windows were great and they were done in under 6 hours. Very professional and courteous! I did notice that we asked/wanted full screens and the gut on the phone said they would make that happen, even though the salesman accidently put down half screens. I was wary at first however they have been very helpful and informative for all our needs.Thank you to Jay, Same and the all crew!!read more

I was very happy with Homeowner Funding .The Salesman Frank was very responsive when I called him and had any questions... .And Jay that is the man that ordered all the material was very responsive and answered all my questions .I will definitely use Homeowner Funding again when I do the garage roof .Alfonso and his crew did a great job putting the new roof on the house they were a great bunch of guys .Alfonso was very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns I had for the roof .I will most definitely use this company again .I am glad I found this company .I give them all a five star reviewread more

windows were installed in one day (11 of them) but disappointed they didnt wipe fingerprints or clean stickers off... windows. the way i see it is if you buy a new car they have it cleaned perfectly before u drive off or a new appliance ,its not left dirty and dusty with price stickers on itread more

We had a roof put on our house and garage they did a wonderful job very professional and cleaned up all their mess and... it was cold snowy and iced outside in Buffalo extremely cold and they worked very hard and had everything done within two weeks time maybe sooner and they stayed in touch keeping us informed every step of the way I would recommend them any day and I think them for the professional job they did to our home thank you againread more

The worst service I have ever had. We contacted them in August 2021. The salesman came out and went over stuff. He told... us we could cancel if we did not hear from them in two months. We did not hear from them until November. The lady called and said her entire crew died. Two weeks later 2 more people died. December one guy died and the next week the windows were installed. We had water in the windows since installation. They said they weresending out people who never showed on time no call no show, everything was done in text after the intial call. They sent a guy out who made my wife uncomfortable and cry. The next day he came back when I was there with my dad and the man was very rude. Not a friendly or helpful company never recommend them.read more

The employees from the company whom sent them to install my 5 windows were prompt at the time they said they were... coming. Actually they were early. They asked if the windows were delivered and no, they were not. I was worried that there was going to be a problem, but they were on their way and arrived at 9am. I had asked the one worker how long it would take to install the windows and he said till 3pm. I said that was fine. They had everything done and cleaned up by 12 noon! I then had to sign the paperwork and I was shown how to open the window all the different ways. I was so surprised to see all the options that were available on the window. They looked so very nice, inside and out.They were supposed to be a x-mas gift for my mother's room but they were measured wrong the first time.Which I feel there should be some type of compensation for their mistake, but no one mentioned anything about that. I just received an apology.Besides that, everything went according to plan, Thank Goodness. I would recommend Homeowner Funding to anyone who needs them.read more

DO NOT do business with HomeOwner Funding! They try to pass off low end products while claiming they are high-end. They... charged me $25k for the windows in my house. These brand new windows are worse quality than the 100 year old windows I replaced and they even claimed that these windows would help with my energy bill. The windows are thin, they sweat even though they're only a couple weeks old, some of my windows locking mechanism doesn't even work, then to top it all off every single brand new window is scratched & gauged, & they didn't bother to caulk them or anything. The manager never stopped by to oversee the work being done like they claim will happen while they're selling them to you, they outsource the job to cheap laborers. This job was supposed to take a week tops, one month later they are still working on it because one day they show up, the next they don't, I've had a dumpster in my driveway for a month. Half the time, they don't even tell you when they are showing up, you just wake up to the sound of your house being pounded on, or when they say they are coming, they don't. Apparently they took it upon themselves to remove & throw my 100 year old shutters which were original to the house IN THE DUMPSTER, breaking them, unrepairable. I'm not sure what made them think that was okay to do, they certainly did not have my permission, but I live in a historic district, & am beside myself. If I could go back in time, listen to my original instincts, & not do business with HomeOwner Funding, I WOULD! This has been the absolute worst experience.read more

Because of the inflated prices of material right now I was not going to be able to put a new roof on my house, but Home... Owner Funding got me a great deal and made it possible for the new roof. They we also easy to work with, very timely in their responses, and the crew doing the roof came just a few days after finalizing all the details. The quality of the work to crew did was great as well. I am very pleased with the whole experience!read more

I am beyond please with the entire process beginning with the Sales Rep visiting my home. He couldn't have been more... friendlier and empathetic. The application process was smooth. Waiting for an install date was long and I didn't receive a lot of communication about the impending install. BUT, when the day came and it did come, I could not contain my excitement. HomeOwner Funding made the impossible possible. The job was done in one day and the installers were pleasant and very, very neat. My property was left in the exact same manner in which they found it. I Hired them replace my roof in it's entirety and that job was done well to satisfaction. My biggest issue is with... cost. They called me to alter the agreed upon price stating that there was more trash than was originally attended and wanted me to pay an extra $2,749 for the extra tonnage. I agreed to this price change understanding that mistakes happen. However, I do not agree with how inappropriate it is to ask the customer to be financially culpable for their own mistakes and errors in initial evaluation of the job. Asking to change an agreed upon price after the job is finished because they made an error is very dishonorable and in very poor taste. This experience has lead me to no longer want any future business dealings with them and i will not recommend them to anyone in the future.read more

We needed a new roof on our multi family home. The crew who did the few repairs and total roof replacement were... outstanding.The roof was completed in one day and after they did their cleanup they walked around the property three times looking for any debris that was missed. After they left my husband and I walked the property and there was nothing to find , not even a stray nail.The main office of Homeowners Funding kept in touch with us throughout the whole process , The roof looks great and we will call them in the future for any other projects we have.read more

Make sure you specifically ask for the supervisor to check any plans you want to make, including the initial visit. I... learned the hard way...My first call, I gave my exact address- number, street, city & zip. The woman said she was going to look it up & said yes they do service my area. I set up an appointment for 3 weekends away. I called again the day before to confirm the appointment.Well, the day comes and they are 1/2 hr late so I decide to call. Turns out nobody’s coming so I asked them why & she said the supervisor just looked over the plans and it turns out they do not service my area. (Harrisburg) She said I was “just over the line,” and “someone was suppose to call me” to let me know. So just make sure the supervisor okays everything before you make plans. I had my Dad drive two hours to be here for nothing and missed my sons soccer game.read more

When I originally met with the salesman for this company a contract was made up for my home to have a new roof put on... wood and shingles and fascia and my front and back porch roofs also replaced along with new structural stability with some of the framing. Unfortunately this is turned into a complete nightmare since the day the job was completed. The roof itself on my home was actually done very nicely but when it came to my porches front and rear many issues were very clearly able to be seen with the framing that was supposed to have been repaired or replaced they cut out rotted wood and patched in new pieces instead of replacing the whole beam they never replaced the fascia around the top of my porches and they have never put the cover over my steam pipe on the top of my roof. I have been in contact with this company since the end of October 2020 when this job was completed It is now April 2021 I have made numerous phone calls many notes everybody I've spoke to since October has either left the company and been replaced and I've been tossed from person to person to this day no one has came out and fixed any of the issues I would never recommend this company to anybody seems like once the work they believe is done they wash their hands of you and that is it they use whatever contractors they can find to do the work locally in your area I had a pretty shady looking group of guys do the work on my home again The main roof on my house did turn out nice but the little easy things seem to be the biggest problems I'm at my wit's end at this point and don't know what to do I keep calling and calling and calling and nothing keeps getting done. Homeowner Funding came to our home and assessed the damage to our roof. They came up with a quick and affordable plan... for replacement. A few weeks later we had a brand new roof with 50 year architectural shingles, with full water barrier and ice shielding. We are extatic. Kim Fich was a pleasure to work with and the workman were incredibly fast and precise. The only holdup we had was the code enforcement officer not returning the workman's many phonecalls.read more

looking for a place who will help finance my roof I came across homeowner funding. I have a lower income and was having... trouble acquiring a loan, but homeowner funding works with low income individuals as well as non perfect credit and finds a monthly cost and year length loan that can work within their budget. thankfully my credit score was good so I received a very good interest rate. The deferred payment starting 3 months after completion of the work helps out with planning as well.read more
